Using Quandl Bitcoin Data to Build a Time Series Forecast

Bitcoin is the best deflationary system we have and requires no other use cases

You have a million dollars. You need to get on a plane. You have 3 options. Fiat. Gold. Bitcoin.
First the paper money... You aren't getting through any airport with a million dollars. It ain't gonna happen. You could take a private plane at an average hourly rate of $5000 which for a trip within the US is not a bad deal. But the costs go up if you need to travel further distances.
Taking a million worth of gold on a plane is logistically possible. It would weigh about 55 pounds. So if you can fit 55 pounds of gold in a carryon you're all set. The problem is, you're going to have a hard time getting through customs and you will have to pay exorbitant fees (up to 20% in some cases). You will definitely have to answer questions from tsa agents... Wherever you go have fun trying to convert your gold to fiat at a fair price.
Then there's Bitcoin. Transporting a million can be done on a hard wallet, paper wallet, or via an app. You can carry it inconspicuously throughout an airport, train, bus, taxi or even ride with it on a bike. I'd love to see someone try and ride a bike with a million dollars...
All of this on a network that has not been hacked, with every transaction being recorded by multiple computers around the world. This is bitcoin's best use case. Its not governed by any central authority so its not subject to any trade wars, recessions, economic events or political events.
It does not need any other use case to thrive.
It is not a currency. And imo will never be a currency. No government will ever willingly abandon their own currency for bitcoin without being able to control it. The government will never allow you to hide money from them either. Governments need taxes to provide services that people aren't going to willingly pay for. Imagine a privatized fire department... "Sir, you didn't pay your bill last month so we can't put out that fire for you" We can debate how much tax they should be taking, and the issue of double taxing...but the bottom line is taxes are necessary.
If you've built a system that allows you to hide money, the government is going to attempt to stop it.
But there's something else to bitcoin. For the better part of 10 years, it has been deflationary. An accepted view around the world is that the dollar becomes 3% less valuable every year. That is to say that the things you buy are about 3% more expensive than the previous year. At the beginning of 2015 bitcoin was around $300 --- 2016 $420 --- 2017 $1025 --- 2018 $15,000 --- 2019 $3700
What that means is, if you received your salary in bitcoin, all your expenses would be up to 12 times LESS expensive than they were at the start of 2015 to the start of 2019. This is why its important to look at bitcoin over a long term view and not get caught up in knee jerk reactions on daily price movement.
I personally bought bitcoin at one of the worst possible times. I bought in 2013 when bitcoin hit $1000. For the next 5 years I didn't buy any more (because my wife didn't want me to). I have since started monthly buys because I understand it now. I take as much fiat as I can and I convert it to bitcoin and other cryptos like chainlink which I got for 0.17
It's me just trying to fight against rising costs. For bitcoin specifically, that is the utility. Other cryptos have other use cases and have a chance to be successful in its own right. I don't have this view that Bitcoin is the only coin and everything else sucks.
To me this is a childish and hostile view that bitcoin maximalists need to abandon. Bitcoin is already successful! It has already mooned!! It is an incredible idea that has manifested and people like you made it happen. It is the backbone of the crypto economy. And its still...vastly unknown to the public and rarely used for transactions. The only reason ANYTHING has value is because you want it or NEED it or are forced to pay for it (like insurance). As long as bitcoin maintains its utility and continues to be a deflationary tool with a working network then it will continue to have value and needs no other use cases.
Your thoughts...

Who would win: The collective governments of the world or Bitcoin?

Who would win: The collective governments of the world or Bitcoin?
People perceive government as an extremely powerful and effective entity, and this is largely true in many aspects. Government is able to bring tremendous force against many entities to either compel them into submission or even destroy them completely.
But in order to accurately understand the situation, you need to look deeper. Governments are very good at bringing compelling or destructive force against centralized entities. Corporations, organizations, specific individuals, and other governments are all entities that have reason to fear governments based on past evidence.
But what are some areas government is not so good at, or even areas they are exceptionally weak in?
Governments seem to have a rather big problem attacking things that do not have a centralized point to target. The illegal drug market is one such example, certain terrorists organizations are another. Perhaps even the Vietnam War is a display of the difficulties a powerful government has with attacking a distributed or non-centralized entity.
Governments also seem to have great difficulty knowing how to responding to disruptive change preemptively or even in a timely manner with the appropriate counter response. Instead governments seem to respond after a threat becomes clear and does so with a response that is inadequate or even does more damage to itself than doing nothing at all. The government response to 9/11 is a good example of this, with the creation of the TSA which costs that same government over $7 billion/yr.
Also, government just seems to operate in a horribly inefficient manner generally. An entity that creates sinkholes of bureaucracy is especially ill equipped to conserve, adjust, and survive when resources are constrained or more generally to execute an effective counter strategy efficiently.
We also know that government gets a great deal of its funding through seigniorage, which would quickly be cut off as a revenue source if the dollar were to lose value. If this were to occur, it would put the government in a situation where it's resources are cut off at the very moment they need additional resources to counter attack the monetary threat.
These are all ominous factors for the governments of the world when this inevitable confrontation with Bitcoin finally occurs, but I think there is another perhaps even greater factor that will tilt the scales to the point we can know the outcome of this conflict before it occurs.
When Ross Ulbricht was arrested in a public library it seemed like a great victory for government and a display of their ability to strike decentralized targets (although this was only possible because of Ross' poor OpSec). But in the wake of this arrest, I think we see some very worrying signs for the fate of government. THREE of the agents (Carl Mark Force IV, Shaun Bridges, and a DEA Agent) that were a part of this investigation were charged with criminal activity relating to their efforts to enrich themselves with some of the seized bitcoins. These agencies are not the local corrupt police force, but rather the FBI, Secret Service, and DEA--why would THREE professional and highly-trained agents switch sides and effectively go from acting on behave their government overloards to rabidly and greedily acting in their own individual interest. I would suggest this is because of Bitcoin. When you have a drug bust, generally speaking, most (maybe) of the cash and drugs makes it way through the evidence chain without individual actors siphoning off too much, but with Bitcoin there is no need to launder the cash or sell the drugs, it is just super easy to conceal with much lower risk for the agents getting caught (though not quite low enough for Carl Mark Force IV, it would seem). In any case, Bitcoin seems to have a mysterious power to pull government actors away by tempting them to act in their own self interest. In short, Bitcoin lures government agents into defecting and switching sides to Bitcoin
So what do we expect will happen?
As Bitcoin grows in size governments will eventually move to attack or kill it. They will take this action too late (it's already too late), their action will be ineffective, and their response will eat up their dwindling resources in a time when their revenue stream is being squeezed by the bitcoin-induced fiat devaluation. Among those government uses to lead and implement its response, many of those actors will defect and switch sides to Bitcoin perhaps like how King Louis the XVII kept sending waves of soldiers to arrest Napoleon who had escaped Elba until Napoleon sent him word "please send no more troops, I have enough".
I see Bitcoin vs Governements of the world as a quintessential David vs Goliath event. But like David vs Goliath, if you had looked past the surface and understood the situation correctly, you would have known Goliath was dead the moment David stepped onto the battlefield.

Impossible to know, however, we are actively exploring moving TIO to exclusively to be traded on trade.io exchange and delist from other exchanges, for more control over price manipulation.

Jim Preissler, [14.07.18 00:22]
[In reply to Dustin McDaniel]
the limitation to 1000 is not really for technology reasons, its more to allow customer support to get feet under them before we pummel them
Hiro S, [14.07.18 00:22]
Jim, I know this a tough one, but there is a lot of specuative thoughts around what LP will share when it starts, and I saw way too optimistic, in my view. Today, the expectation of nothing will be distributed on the first month and lots will be distributed that will make TIO moon are two events of equal probability, at least for me. Can give us a better directions that any of this outcome is not a 50/50 probability? Or being more direct, how much can we expect from LP daily payouts in the first month? Nothing at all? Something more than current airdrops program? Or much more than current airdrops? thank you.
Jim Preissler, [14.07.18 00:22]
[In reply to S Aggarwal]
talking to a partner on that currently as well
Hai Nguyen, [14.07.18 00:22]

I mean which version of LP will launch after 30 days of exchange full launch? Beta version LP or full version LP? I see the new road map on trade.io website, it has beta LP.
Paul Johnson -trade.io, [14.07.18 00:23]
[In reply to Hai Nguyen]
there is only a full version of LP, there is no beta version of LP

Correct, there is no level of training that can prepare support/finance, etc. once live users come through the door. This is not our first rodeo with running brokerages, so we understand its a completely different ballgame once the bright lights are on.

Dustin McDaniel, [14.07.18 00:28]
[In reply to Paul Johnson -trade.io]
so, revenue generated to this point, through ICO consultancy, etc... is not included in LP? Only what is generated after exchange launch?

[In reply to Hai Nguyen]
That wallet is under development, which makes it easier to participate in ICOs, have KYC, etc.
Dustin McDaniel, [14.07.18 00:32]
[In reply to S Aggarwal]
And on that note....
Are there plans to provide insurance against hacking? If wallets get hacked is it guaranteed that owners will get all their tokens back? One suggestion is that part of the undistributed funds from the LP (due to tiers with percentages less than 100%) can be used to offer such insurance, If unnecessary...if not, could be retained by the company …Security is obviously of the utmost importance especially if trade.io is targeting institutional investors. This insurance would bring extra peace of mind.
Johnson, [14.07.18 00:33]
Jim, what measures will be taken to boost the trading volume of TIO token after launch of exchange. With liquidity pool, I think the volume might be very low as it is today
DeviLpaL ~ trade.io Moderator, [14.07.18 00:33]
Hold on guys. Let jim answer Q one by one
Hiro S, [14.07.18 00:33]
There was some thoughts that running costs would eat up the revenues that was already generated from consultancy arm that would left very few to be distributed. COuld you tell us this is not the case? And in general, costs to be subracted from LP is only direct costs that affects it, could you confirm that as well? thank you.
Jim Preissler, [14.07.18 00:33]
[In reply to S Aggarwal]
We have inhouse, outside team, cloudflare, fireeye, etc.
S Aggarwal, [14.07.18 00:34]
[In reply to Dustin McDaniel]
I think the undistributed profit (as for those having less than 100%) will add to profit of next day
Grimlock, [14.07.18 00:34]
[In reply to Jim Preissler]
the important question is still: in case of any hacking, are we guaranteed our tokens back?
Paul Johnson -trade.io, [14.07.18 00:34]
[In reply to Jim Preissler]
To elaborate, virtually all client assets are kept in cold storage as well.
Jim Preissler, [14.07.18 00:34]
[In reply to Dustin McDaniel]
We are lookng for ans on that, so I like the suggestion. Nothing definative yet
Dustin McDaniel, [14.07.18 00:35]
[In reply to S Aggarwal]
I believe any undistributed for the day would be retained daily
Ro$€, [14.07.18 00:35]
[In reply to Grimlock]
Agree, noone can say i am unhackable

There is no company in the universe that is "unhackable"
DeviLpaL ~ trade.io Moderator, [14.07.18 00:36]
Ro$€:
Which users will have profit from LP in the first 2 months? Only the first 1000? Any new formula to calculate
Jim Preissler, [14.07.18 00:36]
[In reply to Johnson]
if you look at the token economics of TIO, it is deisgned to be more like a berkshire hathaway than a high volume penny stock. The goal is to drive value, not volume. The more value we create, and with low float, this will be good for price
S Aggarwal, [14.07.18 00:37]
[In reply to Dustin McDaniel]
At the end what to do with it ...it will keep on accumulating .... Better to distribute
Jim Preissler, [14.07.18 00:37]
[In reply to Paul Johnson -trade.io]
We are not skimping in any areas or security, it is a high priority
S Aggarwal, [14.07.18 00:38]
[In reply to S Aggarwal]
I think jim should clarify on this
Ray Zhang, [14.07.18 00:38]
Any news about the license?
Ro$€, [14.07.18 00:38]
[In reply to Grimlock]
I would like to ask what the solution if that ever happens. For sure, i dont want it :) but i want to know
S Aggarwal, [14.07.18 00:38]
Do we have any security feature like bnt had to freeze [email protected]

I definitely like that. ;)
S Aggarwal, [14.07.18 00:40]
[In reply to Jim Preissler]
The question is that... What will happen to the undistributed profit due to people having less than 100% profit share in lp??

[In reply to S Aggarwal]
@Guitarplyr
Dustin McDaniel, [14.07.18 00:40]
[In reply to Jim Preissler]
concerning undistributed LP profits, they do not roll over, correct? Retained daily by the company?
Soroush, [14.07.18 00:41]
Talking about licenses, Jim, can you tell us which one is your top priority? US, Swiss, FX?
Hiro S, [14.07.18 00:41]
[In reply to Jim Preissler]
I simpatize with this “insurance” would be also a nice promo tool on top of all top security measures and if security play its roles it will be an asset that company will have anyway.
Jim Preissler, [14.07.18 00:41]
[In reply to Ro$€]
We will xplore insurance and other things, but same ans for all of crypto, there is nothing like FDIC yet
Dustin McDaniel, [14.07.18 00:41]
[In reply to Dustin McDaniel]
Or put into seperate fund, to provide insurance, buy back and burn programs, etc... :)
Jim Preissler, [14.07.18 00:42]

[In reply to Soroush]
scroll up a bit
S Aggarwal, [14.07.18 00:43]
[In reply to Dustin McDaniel]
This will be nice i think first to set aside 10%profit for buy and burn Tio and to distribute 50-50 (i.e. 45% of total ) to mgt and lp
S Aggarwal, [14.07.18 00:43]
@JimPreissler
Dustin McDaniel, [14.07.18 00:43]

[In reply to Soroush]
U r bit late buddy
Hiro S, [14.07.18 00:45]
[In reply to Hiro S]
@JimPreissler can u comment on this pls. I think if LP is able to share good profits on first days that would be good marketing and this may possible because of accumulated revenues.
samy101, [14.07.18 00:45]
This is promising and time to buy more Tio’s.
Jim Preissler, [14.07.18 00:45]
[In reply to S Aggarwal]
too early to be planning or discussing buybacks at this point, most don't fully understand the long term ramifications of this anyway. Most crypto doing this haven't thought it all the way through, but that is discussion for another day
Den, [14.07.18 00:46]
Hello guys, hi Jim! Got a question about negative days for LP. I don't really understand how it can be, exchange should stop trading and other revenue streams should be off for that day?
Oliver, [14.07.18 00:46]
Are you guys familiar with Ian Balina? He was hinting to an exchange partnership in his last video. The company will sponsor his world tour and meetup. It is not binance so I was hoping it could be TIO haha
Oliver, [14.07.18 00:46]
*that's for Jim or BD
Johnson, [14.07.18 00:46]
Jim, regarding trading TIO on competitors exchange. Are there plan to get TIO de-listed from other centralized exchange? This is necessary to avoid price manipulation. Also, is it possible that these exchange refuse to de-list TIO when you request?
Ro$€, [14.07.18 00:47]
[In reply to Johnson]
Thats answered, up buddy
Jim Preissler, [14.07.18 00:47]

It will make no sense for company. To share profit withour using assets
Ro$€, [14.07.18 00:53]
[In reply to Jim Preissler]
That was cleared up, but how to distribute the LP profits from Ico, which custumers? Or we need the formular till LP launched?

Dustin McDaniel, [14.07.18 00:56]
Couple more questions from community members...
Are there any updates on the Angel Investors Program?
What roles do Kosmos, Plutus VC and Blockway Capital play in the Angels Investors Program?

Jim, will we have any kind of voting system for new coin listings?
Can you tell us anything about your plans on how new listings will be done? Would TIO owners have any privileges over others?
Jim Preissler, [14.07.18 01:00]
[In reply to S Aggarwal]
We will keep risk low initially, but over time us and outside (insitutional) providers will be doing this
Grimlock, [14.07.18 01:00]
[In reply to Jim Preissler]
am just going to hold. buckle up and sit tight. is that alright with you?
S Aggarwal, [14.07.18 01:00]

Help me liberate thousands of pages of TSA documents through FOIA

I have ongoing federal FOIA litigation against the TSA.
I've gotten thousands of pages of heavily redacted documents so far, and am fighting to get them unredacted.
In addition, I'm trying to get many thousands more pages of documents that they're withholding in full, primarily about policies and procedures. This includes stuff like:
Seriously, it's a lot.
I have until January 30 to file my biggest brief in the case — an opposition to their motion for summary judgment — and I need help.
I'm doing this on my own, which means I can't get a single cent for the many hours I've spent on this over the last three years, even if I totally win. (See Kay v Ehrler.)
Unlike the AUSA who's opposing me, I don't have a paralegal, legal researcher, dozens of agency staff working on it for three years, etc.
I just have me. I'm working on this because I think it's in the public interest. Plus, I'm poor and have multiple serious disabilities. It's not a fair fight.
In short, I need your help to even the odds.
What I need
  1. Paralegals, to research and draft arguments about various questions of law, e.g.:
    • how TSA's previous inadvertent disclosure of their screening SOP prevents them claiming their current SOPs are totally withholdable
    • how the Rehabilitation Act § 508 (the federal equivalent of the ADA) combines with the format requirements of FOIA, and require them to give me electronic records, original metadata, etc. rather than scans of printouts (seriously, that's their preferred redaction method)
  2. Document reviewers, to look through docs I've gotten to date, were disclosed in other cases, etc., and e.g.:
    • notice and catalogue other documents are mentioned or implied to exist but haven't been disclosed to me
    • read between the lines of various exemptions they've claimed so far to find out what's probably being hidden, what might be withheld because it's embarrassing, what's just plain BS, what might actually be a legitimate withholding, etc
    • reverse-engineer the redactions (and statistics) on a previously-secret study about TSA's "behavior detection" program
    • use Google-fu, PACER, etc to find out about other documents that should have been given to me but weren't, who the various people are that show up in documents, whether anything they're trying to withhold is available elsewhere, etc
  3. Journalists & editors to work with me on coordinated publishing of documents with writeups (embargoed on litigation considerations).
  4. People who work for the TSA, to help me with various things (as confidential sources). See my secure contact info @ https://s.ai/contact.
  5. Access to Westlaw or Lexis, e.g. to do Shepardization and other legal research — either directly (if someone can get me an account) or through someone looking things up for me.
  6. Money (via my Patreon, PayPal, or Bitcoin — to pay for my own costs of living, legal research (like PACER fees), and possibly to pay paralegals or document reviewers to do work for me.
Some caveats
  1. Because this is in active litigation, people working on this would have to sign a nondisclosure agreement.
I need to fully control what is published (and when), make all the legal decisions, etc. Some things will need to stay private permanently, e.g. where it touches on my legal strategy or decisions.
That said, I routinely make nearly all of my legal research public; I do open source work where I can; I make all legal filings in the case freely public; etc. I am being as open as I can, given the limitations of litigation.
  2. I want to have first publication rights, or at least credit, for resulting documents — i.e. to not get scooped after years of work.
I intend to publish everything I get, except for a very small amount of stuff that's about me-personally.
However, I want to delay publication while I'm fighting to get better documents (e.g. less redaction, better quality, etc). I also want to write it up journalistically (or make sure someone else is doing so), not just dump raw documents indiscriminately.
For most of it, I'd be happy to simply give the documents to other journalists on embargo, so long as I get credit as the source. For a few things that are particularly high value or particular interest to me, I want my name on the byline.
  3. I might be able to recoup the costs of paying paralegals or document reviewers, but that's an open question of law.
I'd be interested in e.g. contingency-based payment for people helping me, or contingent return of money for supporters funding significant amounts. However, I can't guarantee that I will get to stick the government with those costs, even if I win the case. (I will try, of course.)
My legal cred
I'm not (yet) a lawyer (I'm applying to law schools for fall 2017), but I do have significant legal experience, e.g.:

Transcript of George Webb Video Series Part 217 "Hillary's Leakers, Hackers, and Henchmen" [@Georgwebb / #HRCRatlne]

  • Day 41.2 Russian Group K Container Missile System - Gulftainer Partner - YouTube
    • This is Day 41 this is part two and this is a club K Club K container
    • And it is good for firing missiles
    • These stand up missiles here can just be lifted and hoisted and then fired
    • And this is the company that deals with Gulftainer
    • This is the Russian company a Russian company makes this club K missile system that goes in a normal container, and it is a joint venture
    • I did not realize this until this morning, but Dick Morris had an alert out where he said, "club K was a part of this deal"
    • I said it would be arms in one direction and I said it would be drugs coming in the other
    • Drugs coming in two different ports, the arms are going to be going out other ports
    • I think the arms are actually going to be going out Port Canaveral important Port of Tampa
    • But here is the arms piece of the deal
    • If you're a let's say your Nigerian Minister security of Minister or whatever Defense Minister, you just put these all around your port, and it hidden in plain sight and you're ready to go at any time
    • Civil insurrection or whatever
    • And if you are in power in in a Middle Eastern country where there's a population that may become Restless at any point, Yemen or wherever, this is an easy way if you're a General Grange or someone like that to get arms there for cruise missile capability in containers
    • Hidden within hundreds of other containers and I'll just play the animation here so that you can see the club K system
    • Now Bill Clinton got five million dollars when this Gulftainer deal was done
    • And the Gulf teener deal was negotiated by not only Jack Lew, but also by Rahm Emanuel [Music]
    • {{ war sales commercial }}
    • So all these are sort of Alden things needed for an invasion like a Zero Footprint in Libya or a Timber Sycamore command centers a Timber Sycamore in Syria or Timber Tupelo and Turkey
    • So I think you get the idea that this is if you were organizing an Isis support mechanism for ships, trains, trucks, of course Otaiba owns a trucking line, but let's not forget that--our UAE ambassador
    • This is the kind of animation I want to do for the Awans going into the Rayburn office building
    • So I'm gonna just leave it right there for right
    • Now and then go to some comments speaking of the Awans,
    • And the comment I always like the most challenging comments, because they're the ones that really stimulate critical thinking
    • There's a comment about special toner that I want to get back to
    • But here's a good comment, "George what you're saying is the article they stole a computer system to create an alternate software platform"
    • If you don't remember the articles the New York Times talking about this DHS hack of the inspector-general
    • And it turns out that--the employees are trying to create a new system for the inspector general
    • Wouldn't that be great, if you had all different 30 inspector generals on your system with a Palantir-PROMIS backdoor--wouldn't that be great if that was written by the Awans
    • So again, it just points more to the Awans to me this comment
    • But he's saying, "well--if they just picked up government equipment how can you be so sure like there there was no charges filed? It seems like a slap on the wrist. It doesn't really seem that big of deal. Andre just gave some BlackBerry's over to a government agency. It came out to his rented home a few phone calls. How is that such a big deal?"
    • Well that's not--three different Intelligence agencies came out
    • The NCIS came out to Andre Taggart's home
    • Also the FBI came out multiple times
    • As well as finally was relegated to the Capitol police after an investigation
    • I think you're also going to find that Department of Homeland Security is involved--it just was suppressed
    • We don't know that yet
    • But what we really do need to know is what is the name of the system?
    • What is the name of the system that was hacked?
    • I think it's gonna be the same system that Theresa Grafenstine uses
    • I'm gonna of course ask that interrogatories what is the type of system do you use
    • And I'm gonna also in my DHS lawsuit ask what type of system do you use
    • That's not proprietary information
    • We should know that
    • We should know who contracted was it Brillient that what wrote that system
    • We don't know the case management system that's a real key question
    • So this is the type of thing where you get a challenging question which is great
    • It causes more critical thinking it causes you to dive deeper which I which I love
    • The next one is by the toner--people saying the special toner--what Taggart mentioned a special toner
    • And then Byegone mentions here--here's the policy for toner cartridges with memory chips
    • Now what I had said about the special toner is there is a way with this ultraviolet printing that you can print hidden or--for you for a confidential eyes only type of print on a regular page
    • {{ 911: Bitcoin Paper Wallet --- QR Codes }}
    • So most of the page regular people can see but then there's signatures...the things would normally be redacted that you can you can bring out with with this ultraviolet paper
    • So that's why I said the special toner was used and you saw me produce a package of that ultraviolet from and I'm not sure what that is but by God mentions an interesting thing about the toner cartridges maybe having memory chips, which means that they could be--loading these pages that are being printed and then you could just hack the toner
    • You could just see what people are printing
    • That's just the simplest hack of all time and then just--and then just basically send the printed pages if they were about the one two three agreement
    • For instance usually people print things out before they go to the committee meetings
    • They print it out before the committee meeting they think it's being printed securely but it's being memorized to a printer
    • Now if you were really clever about this, you would delete lunch menus and things like that that we're bringing printed
    • And just store on those printed pages just the one two three type documents
    • Again, if I hadn't seen Raj Fernando on the International Security Advisory Board, if I hadn't seen Rahm Emanuel being involved so closely with the Gulftainer deal and all the UAE deals, and so closely involved in Imran's case
    • ...The memory, the Russian missiles going one way, the Hawala going the other way, it wouldn't be such a concern to me
    • But because you have all those things now this type of thing becomes a very significant a significant risk
    • And Byegone brings up a great point here--that that actually is something I don't know the answer to we need to find out
  • Day 41.3. Did Rep Steve King Say Something in 2007? Three Tresure Troves in Imran’s Backpack - YouTube
    • This is Day 41 part three behind me steve king steve king everybody knows steve king
    • Steve King is the representative in Iowa with Ames, Iowa I think it's Iowa one I want to say Iowa one
    • I believe in 2007 in the Foreign Relations Committee, he said the the Awans are a spy ring that are reading all of our mail
    • I haven't had anybody checked that yet
    • That's gonna be really important because if he's sounding the alarm if he's sounding the alarm in 2007 saying hey these the Awans are reading all of our mail
    • Who knows maybe you knew about the chip and the toner?
    • And they're they're also getting all the people that print stuff to printers Republicans and Democrats right not just what's on the caucus server but what's in the printer toner cartridge memory who knows
    • But if he's saying that 2007 and here we are 10 years later with the same spy ring in Congress--that seems odd
    • It seems like even during this period from February 2nd when the Luke Rosiak's article first broke, you would think he would step up and say, "hey wait a minute I remember these guys--I said something about this ten years ago"
    • I said something--if you see something you say something I said something
    • So I think it's in the Foreign Relations Committee I think it's Steve King I think it's the Awans I think he's saying, "Hey the Awans are looking at our email"
    • I don't think he knew about the printer memory
    • But I'm here today at the Supreme Court yesterday they heard carpenter carpenter versus the United States
    • This is the cell phone case of course they put up a criminal to defend it instead of a journalist who's challenging it
    • But this is one where if we say the cell phones when they started out 20 years ago couldn't do geolocation very well at all
    • They were basically to/from metadata
    • Now they've turned it now you can get into the phone you've got all your apps your people are saying fertility apps and all your goober and your banking and everything they can get everything just by getting in your phone now your phone is your life now
    • So that's what's at stake here digital privacy for the next--maybe 50 years
    • So it's a big case it is--there it is right over the border the Dred Scott border
    • Only this is the Dredd digital frontier it's right there right there
    • We're all Dred Scott now so we got to play this one right
    • So I haven't read the oral arguments yesterday I think the oral arguments get posted a little like a day later after the clerk's mark them up
    • And then the judges they really go into this kind of annotation phase, where they'll just ask a few questions and mainly just gather information gather the arguments, clarify the arguments of the attorneys, but they're not going to issue any opinions on that yet
    • But it should be interesting just to see what the oral arguments where
    • I haven't had time I did 19 videos for something like that yesterday
    • But that's going to be really interesting and the other thing that's going to be very interesting as the DHS hack
    • The DHS hack at I think it's going to be at that hack is that Hawkshead
    • It's the DHS hacks at Hawkshead
    • I think it's a DHS hacks at Hawkshead
    • The Hawkshead home in Lorton Virginia is I think where the raid was was where the DS DHS IG was
    • Why do I say that? There's I believe a friendship between Theresa Grafenstine and the inspector general--a long friendship between the Awans and Theresa Grafenstine
    • So that's obviously she knows what Nancy Pelosi: she appointed her okay
    • So I think there's a relationship there
    • And the fact that another Inspector General one of the DynCorp 30 backbone
    • Remember, Imran is playing video games with the one two three dot--mail.house.gov email with Andre Carson
    • He's playing video games with that person--DHS, okay?
    • So DHS is hacked
    • Who else got raided, who else got raided by DHS and 2 Intelligence agencies in early spring?
    • My initial working theory is Hina all of he pulls her kids out of school and goes to Pakistan in a rush with ten thousand dollars in cash
    • That's because something just happened
    • That's I think maze I want to say May third week of May are March third week of March
    • So I'm gonna say that the raid at the Hawkshead home happened maybe a day or two before that
    • And the reason why Imran comes over here to Imre to the building over here is to erase everything and make a backup so he could take the operation to Pakistan
    • I think the operation stays in Pakistan until July the 27th until he gets back here
    • When he he he's gonna believe and go again, with another set of disk drives and he gets arrested
    • We still don't know what was in his backpack at the airport--we don't know the contents of the backpack at the airport
    • We know the contents of the backpack on the April raid
    • I believe it one I found was the March raid the March DHS raid
    • We don't know the contents of the April raid
    • And we don't know the contents of Imran's backpack at the airport
    • Those are going to be key things for discovery as we roll forward
    • The backpack is really a triad
    • There's really three troves I got close to one of them with a witness of one of them
    • But there's going to be two other troves the capital police trove and then also the TSA trove out of the Dulles Airport
  • Day 41.4. Barrasso and Uranium One, Plot Thickens - YouTube
    • Day 41 the Senate is currently debating the tax bill
    • It looks like they're hopeful they may have something to take home for Christmas for their constituents
    • We don't really know the answer to that yet
    • You see a little bit of hedging going on Senator Barrasso from Wyoming was here a minute ago and he was talking about--consideration
    • And whenever I hear that word I think oh this means that they're not gonna they're not gonna vote for probably table it and look at it a little bit longer
    • I don't know if the constituents will be very happy with that given Congress's performance this year
    • It does look like this Uranium One thing is more than just a democratic issue
    • And more than just a Republican issue
    • It really cuts across both the Senate and House both parties
    • So it'll be interesting to see with brass those interests in Uranium One in and Wyoming and some of the other Senators and Congressmen and in with interests and other western states
    • Be interesting to see how this all shakes out
    • So we'll be here for the rest of the day or parts of the day for the Senate update vote
    • We'll also be interviewing other folks along the way on the Uranium One story
  • Day 41.5. Judge Chutkan Hears ACLU vs Mattis Habeas Corpus Case - YouTube
    • Day 41-year judicial report
    • You can see that there's a few press here waiting for potentially Michael Flynn
    • There's rumors swirling that Michael Flynn may show up in court today as well as other people such as maybe Carter Page or other people that were involved in the Mueller investigation
    • I was researching the Larry Clayman case
    • I had heard that he had filed on Mueller--turned out that it was an older case
    • But I saw a couple of cases between Larry Clayman and Judicial Watch one from 2006 one from this year 2017
    • Basically, the claim is still the same: Larry says I started the company from a volunteer office to a 28 million dollar operation in 2008, and Tom Fitton said--he was in the severance agreement--to bring somebody else in, and he still controls Judicial Watch 11 years later--Was interesting some of the stuff you find
    • I did look at all my cases for updates didn't really see any
    • There was an interesting ACLU case which is ACLU versus Mattis, being a secretary defense
    • He currently has a person that's been in held since mid-september in Iraq it was a U.S. combatant, supposedly fighting for Isis in Syria, that was turned over to the Secretary of Defense
    • And he's been held without writ of habeas corpus
    • The ACLU has requested that and they have not received it, which is unusual
    • Two months in that you don't have it right to an attorney right to defend yourself right to representation this is an interesting case because this normally when you hold on to a person this long, they have something, they have something in terms of Intelligence or there's got to be an Intelligence value to why they would be holding somebody over two and a half months without a writ of habeas corpus
    • Of course the last person that I remember being accused of suspending the writ of habeas corpus was Lincoln or ignoring it anyway in Maryland, when he took over the legislature in Maryland
    • But I was informed by the attorney that no it happened in World War two, during the out right after Pearl Harbor and it happened in right around the time after the Civil War briefly very briefly after the Civil War during occupation
    • {{ 911: not to make you wrong, George, but George W Bush did it also, couple of years after 9/11, so he could torture some folks }}
  • Day 41.6 Motion To Compel The Production of Public Documents. - YouTube
    • It's day 41 this is part six and sent it still talking away and Barrasso says they're gonna pass it by tonight
    • So we'll see
    • Motion to compel motion to compel motion to compel
    • Judicial economy
    • What I would love is just on this one comments about motion to compel just copy and paste all the motions to compel for the production of public documents
    • If I'm going to go ahead and give three weeks for all the respondents to respond again, after they've had kind of a year and a half plus they've also had a chance for a month and a half with their or two months and a half with their criminal case, I would like to just in the interest of judicial economy, get as much of the public documents as possible
    • So I want to file a motion to compel for public documents
    • Especially Fairfax County
    • Get all the unlawful unlawful imprisonment the full report
    • Get all the the beatings with no reductions on the street numbers...
    • Get all the police reports get the capital police reports for the night of the backpack incidents
    • So I've got a good I gotta use my prop the backpack
    • The backpack is April 6 the Capitol Police say they find it in April 6
    • Now Zero Hedge says, "well it was lost actually in late March or sometime in the spring and then the Capitol Police finally found at April 6"
    • No no no that's not how the Capitol Police work there they sweep every night they would find it I've been to the phone booth they would find it
    • So I think what happened is if he know I'll be left on March 6th and pulled her kids out, it's much more likely that that's the night the bag was intercepted
    • She grabbed her kids she went to the airport
    • Imran went to the Navy Yard to wait it out to see if he's going to get arrested or not
    • That would dive more with Andre Taggart's story of about a month before, and then moving out
    • I'm much more inclined now to think March 6 was the real date, the night that Hina goes to the airport is the same night they find a bag
    • Who in their right mind, if there's a theft and an Eagle break in to a network of the Congress would hang around?
    • Well I'll just hang around no I don't think so!
    • I think there is no reason to leave the country and pull your kids out of school unless something like that happens
    • So and she leaves--Hina Alvi leaves I believe on March 6th
    • And supposedly the night of the bag incident and on the on Capitol Hill over in Rayburn happens on April 6th
    • I wonder if they didn't just move it a month apart to just shard it and confuse everyone
    • It's much more likely that those two events would would be in sync
    • "Hey they found a bag, which has a hard drive, which has a laptop, which has a notebook incriminating you...let's get out of town": that makes much more sense to me
    • So fill this comments with motions to compel
    • I want to compel, especially those three police reports, the TSA reports at the airport for both when Imran left, and also Hina left as well
    • And then all the imprisonments and all the violent crime if there is any violent crime as well as all the tickets as well
    • I don't think the tickets are redacted
    • So that's not a problem but it's really those three beatings that I'd like to motion to compel with real dates, real police reports
    • It shouldn't be eyedropper through one person Pat Sowers or someone like that an intermediary with the Fairfax County Police police to one reporter which is Luke
    • Over a series of six months
    • These should be public documents available to all reporters and let people build their case from there
  • Day 41.7 Editing Videos 54-66, Taking Out Summaries - YouTube
    • This is Day 41.7 and I've been going through my old videos
    • And this is because we're coming up on day 54 from last year
    • And what I decided to do was start at day 54
    • I deleted 53 because 54 is really a good good one to start on
    • And the if you go through the video it really does a good job of kind of laying the foundation for you to watch the rest of the series
    • And it's got just a lot of these storyboard slides that have a lot of impact
    • And for people who haven't read Clinton Cash
    • Or people who haven't--spent a lot of time doing a lot of research, it kind of gets everybody on the same level
    • So I didn't edit this video
    • What I did was I because back when I did this series originally, and I just give me a couple ideas of some of these more summary slides
    • What I the thing I was so surprised with is how accurate everything is
    • And how relevant everything is till today
    • That's the one surprise
    • I was saying the FBI it was a spy ring way back then
    • And they were sort of funding Fusion GPS...and and at that time I remember how that was just an unheard of accusation
    • And now how with all the Fusion GPS and the FBI funding Fusion GPS and funding Christopher Steel and funding the Russian spies to come in and live in Maryland to do wiretaps and all the support McCabe has given the Awans
    • And that that relationship will continue to develop over time
    • What I didn't know--so that's the thing that I was very pleased with, I guess
    • Not this all the steps one two three four five here in the topple of Libya, Syria, Turkey was well known and well documented
    • This is Clinton cash had done a good job of it
    • What wasn't known at that time was the FBI's involvement
    • And this is a charge I had made from the first day in the series
    • But this the thing that after doing the Benghazi trial
    • And then I'm gonna point over here
    • I didn't realize how involved the FBI was in the planning of that
    • How many agents were actually there how many agents were actually involved in the cover-up of
    • Or I wouldn't say cover-up but just try to make it look like a bunch of cab drivers--all got together one night and did this thing
    • That's not what happened--it was an orchestrated FBI and CIA working together
    • I thought it was mainly CIA because of Petraeus, but what I've learned is in looking at all the people at the trial: they're all FBI people
    • So I think CIA was mostly involved in the planning but the follow up
    • The FBI was definitely there and that's the piece that I that I really didn't have
    • On subsequent videos what I did was since I was summarizing on a daily basis, what I did was kind of chop off the first three minutes or whatever two minutes of the summary
    • So that you could go right to the new thing every day I would add a new new slide about this second slide that was the idea I would do a quick summary and add a second slide
    • So what I did here is just jump to the second slide
    • So I'm taking about three minutes off of those I'll go back
    • Again, and do a flash-forward, but I just want to let everybody know I'll delete a video here and there and then combined in order to make this more of a series that you could just watch from beginning to end
    • And eventually as we keep kind of editing down it'll get more and more condensed into almost one movie at that to see at some point
    • {{ 911bs: KEEP YOUR ORIGINALS ALSO AS MASTER }}
    • That's all for right now and have a good day everyone
  • Day 42 - STX = Sports Transport Logistics? Does Business With Awan Sports in Sialkot? - YouTube
    • It's Day 42 and I have been in the process of going through a year ago videos
    • And I was surprised over and over again, of how early I had said Andrew McCabe was running a spy ring for Hillary Clinton
    • Mainly created out of a set of reprisals against people who voted for Bill Clinton's impeachment
    • But that degree has grown over the last 20 years into a larger and larger group of reprisals
    • Until recently now, we're seeing all these smears coming out against all these different Congressmen and Senators and news news personalities...for asking tough debate questions
    • So again, this is what I mean where the baby octopus doesn't get any better
    • The cancer doesn't get any better by waiting another 20 years
    • It just gets worse and what I didn't know at that time was that the Awans were recruited
    • They were brought into the United States through this inter-America program
    • The wink is "enter America"--it was a combined move with the CIA through this presidential decision directive 62, basically bringing in these teams, like you would a high school class, like you were to recruit basketball players or softball players or soccer players or cricket players
    • They're brought in in about 1998
    • Now the reason why I think they're brought in is for this thing called the National Nuclear Security Administration
    • The NNSA is created in 1999 to manage nuclear proliferation
    • It also manages Navy fuel the Navy nuclear propulsion program NNPP
    • Not the PP (peepee dossier), this is the NNPP the Navy nuclear propulsion program
    • Now does that sound familiar? Navy propulsion Navy nuclear movement of nuclear materials
    • And now also there's gonna be this company that transport logistics the company that does that movement of nuclear materials for this one two three agreement is also going to have a sports company
    • Now does STX mean sports transportation logistics sometimes an X is used in the business before a shorthand for logistics
    • So does STX equal sports transportation logistics?
    • Well it turns out that transport logistics does start a sports company, and it's started by this guy called for uh no (FORANO?)
    • Now it turns out STX sports does have a relationship with Awan sports in Pakistan
    • And these kids make soccer balls in Sialkot that northern area that northern drug area of Pakistan
    • So we're gonna look more into that but in order to administrate this one two three agreement the FBI gets involved in this
    • This was normally done wasn't done by a civilian agency before it was done by the CIA
    • So David Petraeus works with Andrew McCab,e and Mueller, Comey, McCabe etc
    • That's why they're at the center of this thing that starts in 1999 which is gonna be Uranium One
    • Now she remember it sailed through Uranium One sailed through in 2010
    • But actually it goes back through the Cepheus CFIUS process but actually goes back all the way to nineteen ninety nine
    • And if the scipiosCFIUS if you remember is uh is kind of intercepting
    • The first thing that this spy group does in 1999 is it starts intercepting the CFIUS investment proposals for people coming in investing in United States
    • And what I am saying is those get those get intercepted and get let out two other groups that will give us bribes and political favors
    • The next step and the two in the process is getting them an EB-5 visa get them into the United States
    • Three is to compromise them with either--give them the nice cars show them the nice girls
    • Jeff will help with that Jeff Epstein will help with that
    • And in the process will film them and low light cameras so that they'll always be compromised
    • So they'll basically become our agents for for the rest of time
    • Now I ask you if if Imran Awan didn't have state sponsorship, how would he be able to get away with twenty burglaries in Congress
    • How would he be able to have a secret server with be able to remove the hard drives...
    • Just doesn't stand a reason that he would be just charged with one originally he was just charged with one $123,000 bank fraud movement
    • Well the reason is we I went to this house and talked to Andre Taggart and found these hard drives
    • And that kicked over another investigation another FBI raid that occurred
    • This house and I believe it's gonna be the DHS OPM raid
    • And these are they're gonna be the hard drives and Blackberries and also government laptops I think it's gonna be four and twenty as I said before I think it's still gonna be four and twenty but whatever it is we're gonna find out
    • Again, if they didn't have spent state censorship how would they get 5100 legal legal logins
    • How did they be able to get away with having government equipment could not might not just be government from the Congress may also be CENTCOM may also be State Department
    • How else would they have the hundreds of suspicious activity reports and transfers
    • How else would they have one hundred and fifty doped iPhones
    • All these things would get you put away in jail for quite a long time if you were just a regular guy
    • As I mentioned hard drives are being made here there's lots of physical evidence I believe the toner is the cover to come in and out of these different government buildings
    • I think it's gonna be thirty different government buildings including the Penn Federal Credit Union maybe Federal Credit Union especially
    • There's gonna be three sets of evidence from backpacks
    • One Inauguration burglaries
    • Two the April sixth burglaries or whatever we get that
    • and then finally when Imran Awan leaves on the 27th
    • I think there's also going to be backpacks with the information
    • So we need all those from TSA from the Capitol Police and the Fairfax County
    • We need to get all those and I would like to probably do a motion to compel for those right now, if somebody has any advice on that
    • Again, we've done a lot of due diligence about what we're looking for, so the discovery is going to be precision
    • Here's Kwasi Mensa for instance
    • We're gonna want to see his personnel records
    • And then there's a lot of cases--we can't seem to find currently right now
    • I don't know how these would get expunged if you didn't have friends in high places
    • This case right here is for unlawful imprisonment
    • How many people--that have gotten away with unlawful imprisonment without any kind of sentence at all?
    • So there's the case number there here's the beating
    • And unlawful imprisonment over at the the Springfield Road drive the 6324 Thomas address
    • Again, you see here that the incident number has been blacked out
    • You'd have to have friends at Fairfax County
    • I'm not saying Freitag low light cameras
    • But you'd have to have somebody that you knew like Freitag
    • The beatings we have the beatings at Lachine the beatings over here at Manitoba
    • I'm not saying that this is the place where the girls are being held against their will
    • And this is the gang clubhouse, but boy it sure looks like it
    • Then of course we have Tagawa out there with the car parts in Eastern Maryland
    • Here is the case number there
    • We need to see these cases to see actually who filed these cases...
    • If they're expunged it shows that you've got friends in high places
    • Again, with a different civil suits
    • There's one two three four civil suits here
    • Again, how do you get away with this?
    • How do these get expunged, if you don't have friends in high places?
    • You'll notice an R&H trucking here like very much like an R&L trucking
    • R&H motorcars a lot of time if you're gonna do any illegal trucking operation, you'll steal the cars, and those become the cars
    • Then when you gradually start making money you buy trucks to get bigger trucks to get rid of the cars
    • So that's kind of a way of bootstrapping yourself in the trucking business
    • And then of course then we'll start with the interrogatories and start asking questions
    • Anthony do you know Imran?
    • Imran do you know Anthony?
    • Huma do you know Imran, etc
    • That's coming
    • And then of course these cases here which are 1 2 3 4 be Abid Awan cases
    • We like to see those against all these banks
    • These are credit and then of course all these hospitals Alexandria Hospital Alexander Hospital interval hospital
    • And then this Dulles Greene case here which is the involves imprisonment
    • Also need to see the credit union report from Kalyn
    • And we need to also see the detail amount of transfers from the suspicious activity reports
    • And again, we need to start looking into this STX and Awan sports and these shipments by Awan sports and soccer balls into the United States
    • And see if STX is picking them up
    • If Mark Lambert of STX sports transport logistics is picking these soccer balls out from Awan sports, I say that there's a connection between Imran Awan and
    • --Again, his dad owns the end controls or did control this contested area up in the Kashmir area and Sialkot was where the rice farm was
    • Remember we have bills of lading of Imran taking basmati rice orders in Baltimore
    • Baltimore is where Johns Hopkins is by the testimony of the Defendents that's where they said he went to school that's where Mark Lambert and that's where the trucking company is near the NSA and Fort Meade
    • So it's everything's kind of a concentration out there
    • The distillery is out there in Frederick Maryland
    • There's lots of stuff going on and trucking going to Bethesda near the Walter Reed Army Navy hospital
    • A lot of stuff's coming from the nuclear facilities and the enrichment uranium facilities from Paducah to Bethesda
    • Is that medical isotopes? We don't know. We just need to look more into this stuff
    • We have kind of a smoking gun
    • But here--it's what I'm talking about--the twenty four thousand boxes
    • Looks an awful lot like a ratline being shut down, and car parts being sent to to another country
    • You can see all these shipments by the Awan brothers here in the last--time while they were waiting to do trial
    • And then the car companies...
    • We have lots of documentary evidence that we need to look into
  • Day 42.2. Mike Flynn - Don’t Sign Pleas Deal - YouTube
    • The Flynn announcement is out
    • I mentioned that yesterday and of course it happened today
    • I didn't expect it this morning though we're heading down to 333 con right now 333 Constitution
    • There's word that he's there already these giving up his phone
    • There may be an agreement talk to Robyn Gritz this morning
    • I've talked to other people that are in communication with him
    • We urge Mike Flynn if he hasn't already agreed to a guilty plea to please consider an innocent plea
    • I even if they threaten your son whatever
    • The circumstances are if this is the McCade behind the curtains meeting if this is the famous McCabe hiding behind the curtains and then doing one of those little hey walk up ambushes
    • Just any well--I heard you had that meeting--with the Russian ambassador how that go?
    • Do not! That is entrapment!
    • Do not sign any agreements we urge you not to do that
    • McCabe we can prove an ulterior motive with Robyn Gritz with other professionals inside the FBI with reprisals
    • Please do not sign a guilty plea
  • Day 42.3. Flynn Takes Plea Deal - YouTube
    • NO Autocaptions
    • Michael Flynn Plead guilty on a 10 page plea agreement
    • Read his rights by Judge Contreras
    • Believe he'll be released at DC Courthouse
    • We believe McCabe threatened his son with Prosecution
    • We'll see if that's true or not. I doubt he'll be able to talk because of rule 37b in the federal procedures but we'll see if he'll answer that question
    • Many people at the last sec have plans of pleading not guilty but in the last moments they are threatened and they break and they sign a plea agreement.
    • That seemed to be the demeanor of Mike Flynn in the courtroom
    • {{ 911: "Lock him up" sign held by deluded alt-leftist in the back. People don't understand this situation, do they? }}
  • Day 42.4. Did McCabe Threaten Your Son? - YouTube
    • NO Captions
    • DC District court, waiting for Mike FLynn
    • {{ 911: Mike Flynn exits courthouse under protective guard and enters a vehicle and leaves. Dozens of people shout "Lock him Up, Lock him up". George goes another way with that... }}
    • G: Did Mccabe threaten your son? Did McCabe threaten your son? Did Mccabe threaten your son? Did McCabe threaten your son?
    • {{ Flynn drives away. Video ends. }}

Transcript of George Webb Video Series Part 220 "Hillary's Leakers, Hackers, and Henchmen" [@Georgwebb / #HRCRatlne]

  • Day 45.2 Follow Lisa Page, Paul Manafort, and the EB5 Visas - YouTube
    • This is gonna go over comments
    • Again, day 45 part two and these are the comments I talked a lot about McCabe and moving to Chappaqua...
    • And all the power and crews and digging and pedestals and vaults and all the things that change up there
    • I thought geez it just looks like they're moving money out of Indonesia and Malaysia and European banks and offshore banks and and mining all the Bitcoin for Hillary to get--resources for the future
    • Hillary two ready for the getter treasure trove organized in Chappaqua for the big drive to the presidency
    • And it's amazing how when something just fits
    • How a lot of data comes together <<> from the DNC two Chappaqua
    • {{ 135 Castle Road. 15 Old House Lane shown on map unknown owner unknown city unknown state not a dox }}
    • The reason why I believe it moves from DNC to Chappaqua is the to operations are done
    • First operation is looting DCCC
    • The second operation is looting DNC, while there's still other candidates getting money then when you're done and you eliminate Bernie, then you you don't need to do that anymore, and you move the operations to Chappaqua
    • Again, you don't want your hackers being arrested
    • When they're exposed at DNC
    • When they're exposed at DCCC., they're there's an ability to get arrested
    • So it's the same reason why I think for the OIG hack of DHS
    • You come in with a team--I'm not saying Lisa Grafenstine, but somebody like that
    • You come in with a team, you say here's your vulnerability risk, we're gonna look and do all this vulnerability testing, we're gonna get it or download all these files
    • Now oops, I stole the Inspector General's laptop
    • Again, took it over to Hawkshead--and
    • Again, asking Andre Taggart, when the up I would remember when somebody came over to my house with an FBI raid
    • Ask Andre Taggart what day the FBI raid and the NCIS people came over, the Capitol police came over and got that
    • The OIG laptop
    • And I believe it's gonna be, I believe they stole an Inspector General's laptop
    • I'm not saying Lisa Grafenstine, but remember there was four laptops, and 20 Blackberries with government markings, and there was the toner
    • So I'm gonna say right now, I believe that was the DHS's OIG's laptop
    • So again, the Capitol police report would tell us, and there would be no reason to repress that if that wasn't true, correct?
    • So anyway I want to go through this and operations move DCCC DNC then Chappaqua
    • And I wanted to say that a--how does somebody live in New York and then their wife is running for Virginia?
    • I'm saying that McCabe is buying this house for the Awans to live at
    • I'm not saying Andrew McCabe is moving up there
    • I'm saying he's setting up this command center in it and if everything looks like a command center in Chappaqua
    • He's setting it up for the Awans to move up there
    • Now I'm not saying a Seth Rich doesn't come up there or--a satellite person like--Hina Alvi doesn't come up there as well
    • But I think--all these your satellite person
    • But the hacking team is gonna follow Imran okay
    • So anyway DCCC DNC those two operations are done, then you move everything to Chappaqua
    • Just based on metadata
    • And then--you only need to be up there a day or a weekend to buy the house and then you're back with your wife
    • So I think that's what happened
    • There's a lot of action right now inside
    • Now I made a mistake yesterday it wasn't Kislyak that died
    • It was chicken Churkin that died
    • So there's been like nine Russian ambassador's die
    • So he died right about a month later and I could conflated the two
    • So there was a correction there
    • Just to make sure you got that right
    • But I love Corrections
    • Because then people remember corrections better than they do if you said I was right
    • People hate to hear people say I was right
    • People love to hear people say I was wrong {{ 911: those are called trolls or h8rs }}
    • And I've corrected you and I love it
    • So so keep correcting me because it only reinforces a chicken died right after that
    • So it makes me think Chuck it's the guy that they did the deal with read Kissel yakked--it's just one thing after another
    • Now this is an interesting one I did last night with Lisa Page
    • Again, we're down to the people actually making the move
    • So once you get the actors then you can just follow their schedule around and just query their schedule and ask for discovery on their schedule and then ask him a questions around their schedule and Lisa Page as ubiquitous with this Stroeve Peter Strzok and she had this criminal offense over in Ohio and I said ,"hey, that really makes me think about Strongsville
    • Because I was in Strongsville that's where one of the Saipov trucking companies was that was where this creepy school was that was I thought ,"hey, there's this weird European center there that got raided by the FBI
    • So for ten years we have a color-of-law operation where we're bringing people into this Strongsville adoption agency
    • And if you read down a little bit farther, it's got all these kids from all these different countries from this running it for the State Department
    • Now that wouldn't be particularly significant (I'll read a little bit farther into this)
    • That that wouldn't be particularly significant if it wasn't for the fact the State Department says these European adoption consultants EAC European adoption consultants were from Bulgaria blah blah blah all these different countries, and then Ukraine Ukraine Ukraine Ukraine
    • Now I realize it's the last one, but this is the one that's the funnel for the Russian kids
    • What they're doing is they're given Russian kids and Russian families Ukrainian visas
    • So this was the Paul Manafort connection
    • And then and they're coming in and bringing them in through this Strongsville, Ohio
    • And it's out of the way we're nowhere else is this is where one of the Saipov trucking companies is
    • Why do I think the EB-5s are related to this, well a Saipov got 23 EB-5s
    • Saipov has a trucking company here in this in Strongsville
    • So that's why I think that--no other reason
    • Plus here where Stevie-Steve gets his hair cut, I went out there to where Stevie Steve this mass murderer who I thought was involved in killing the trucking folks down in Ohio, down this way a little bit
    • And he's right there he's right at right at this nexus right along with everybody else
    • He's also the guy at the Cleveland Clinic--when these visitors are coming in from UAE and Dubai in and Abu Dhabi
    • He's the one running between the children's center and--you know mentally handicapped kids are dying in their sleep, and then there's these successful heart operations the next day {{ 911: gross }}
    • So it's kind of like Stevie Steve and I went to his barbershop and I went to all these different barber shops and where the people were killed
    • And he just seems to be in the middle of it
    • Everything seems to rotate around Strongsville
    • Now the fact that Peter Strzok'a his dad has this kind of correspondent relationship with all these mullahs in nine different countries in the Arab countries leads me to believe that's the sales network--
    • I just--I know that's a--wild speculation but I just connected all the way from, "hey, all these different countries are the customers and all these Ukrainian kids are--being shopped out and they're meeting them here--somewhere out here at this creepy place"
    • They're meeting and say, 'yeah I want that one,' and then they're getting on the plane and then flying home--from from Cleveland International Airport
    • I'm not I'm not sure, but it's it just that you metadata screams that
    • Why is Lisa Page in a company with Paul Manafort
    • Why is she a partner in a company with Paul Manafort?
    • Why? Why would that be?
    • Now is that a nine or ten years sting I guess
    • So I guess it's a nine or ten years sting?
    • So anyway good comments sorry about the mistake about Churkin
    • The Lisa Page connection here some people said Lisa Page is a Mossad agent whatever
    • {{ 911: I think therefore I am Mossad }}
    • The Lisa Page connection here to to Paul Manafort is a very strong one
    • And I believe they're EB-5s
    • If like I said if Saipov didn't have a trucking company here
    • And it was Bright auto or something like that
    • And I had a car company I wouldn't say anything
    • He has another one in Cincinnati, which leads me to believe there's gonna be another funnel near Cincinnati
  • Day 45.3 Does Fusion GPS Have a Modus Operandi? - YouTube
    • It's Day 45 and this is part three and
    • Now our Mr. Akhmetshin's gonna come back into the story
    • Akhmetshin this is an ak-47 meeting your shin you remember back on days 260 something like that I was in Washington DC, talking about it Akhmetshin
    • I think it was in even before talking about the peepee dossier even before I had kind of brought Fusion GPS from kind of out behind it
    • So these are these cases right
    • Now what do we know about Akhmetshin?
    • Well he was the guy who went to the Trump Tower meeting I believe
    • Now Andrew McCabe is gonna be meeting with Glenn Simpson a Fusion GPS and a Akhmetshin and Veselnitskaya
    • They're gonna be planning this sneak attack on Donald Trump Jr.
    • They're gonna--they're gonna send them in
    • They're gonna send Veselnitskaya in say by this by this dossier, buy this dossiers, shop this dossier, much like Peter stroke shops the dossier in Congress in December of 2016 to try to do the anti-Trump thing right
    • So they're gonna shop this dossier Dom Trump jr. says yeah maybe--kind of and then somebody behind him says that's crazy
    • We're not gonna do that I think that's Jared Kushner
    • But somebody turns it down says this is crazy maybe it's a lawyer or something and it's not worth anything it throws it out
    • So there's no collusion and it's over with
    • So Akhmetshin's your setup guy
    • So what is he doing in these cases?
    • Well he's filing is what they call an "interested party",
    • And this is basically I'm gonna side with one of the two guys in the party here
    • So in this case there's an oil and there's a mineral case here in Washington DC
    • And then he sides with this one of the parties of the two parties
    • Now are they targeting different people?
    • Are they just picking a professor out of somewhere in one of their schools that supports Hillary to attack some friend of Vlad in Moscow to try to unhook some deal in Moscow?
    • Is that really what they're doing? Who knows
    • But let's look at this New York case, where let's see Ahkmetshin files, again, as an intervener, and just see if that's what's going on
    • Let's see modus operandi--we see a pattern developing
    • This is eggy here...this is a plaintiff it looks like
    • We're gonna see down here it's it's a movant somebody clear
    • They're gonna kick in something in this case and then there's this Zalmayev
    • Well it turns out he is a professor at University of California
    • And it turns out this guy is actually living in Moscow, trying to do Moscow Business Development
    • Let's see if they are attacking them or not
    • Oh here's Ahkmetshin he's gonna add some information in here and then he's also going to countersue
    • Zalmayev is also going to countersue the guy that's that they're attacking
    • Let's see how this goes
    • So we go down here to the docket, we go to the first complaint here, and we go to this, and this is gonna be expensive and you see that already thirty seven dollars
    • And there are thirty three dollars to view this document
    • I think I might have last month was terrible for reading documents it's like a thousand bucks
    • But anyway here it is there's Aggie suing Zalmayev's here
    • What's he saying? Well malicious disnformation campaign
    • What does that sound like? Doesn't that sound like exactly what's happening to Trump right now?
    • Russian corporate raid? Hmm where have I heard that before?
    • International litigation prevented him from personal safety loss of life and liberty harm abandon his claim to a valuable investment
    • It played a key role in the campaign elaborate negative public relations campaign illegitimate efforts
    • Defamatory false injurious statements all this sort of thing false defamatory etc etc etc
    • Now as a journalist, you have to report the news, and I correct whenever I make a mistake
    • So there is a certain amount of responsibility that comes along with that
    • And I try to exercise that every day
    • But this is where you're planting stories where you're paying--where has already been
    • Now identified as paying journalists to plant stories that are false--that's something very different
    • That's a that's a sneak attack
    • That's not journalism
    • That's not absence of malice--
    • That's going in with a preconceived idea to smear somebody, in writing, in publications no less, well-known publications
    • {{ 911bs: Called malinformation. Misinformation's a mistake. Disinformation could be done in a protective way (US spreading disinfo about crop circles), malinformation always is to harm }}
    • So they look like they grab this state of California professor they say ,"hey, I got an idea let's let's bust up a deal in Moscow and here it is"
    • There's the Moscow hotel they're going to bust up deal
    • And then finally what happens after this case is after they go through six years of litigation it basically dies
    • And this is a very very long case you can see here it starts in 2011 about when Fusion GPS starts and goes all the way until last month, when you guys finally just--gives up over end and it's sealed
    • And they seal the seal the case
    • So but then there's all this stuff
    • {{ 911: that's called lawfare }}
    • Now the key question is are our two people are our two FBI people people Lisa Page and Peter Strzok involved in this case or not?
    • Do they ever get involved as Peter Strzok ever get involved in this case with Lisa Page?
    • That's the question of the day
    • I'll put some screenshots in here along the way to show how long I've been talking about Fusion GPS
    • How long I've been talking about Akhmetshin
    • That's where the case is coming to
    • My Fusion GPS case will cite these cases as just more and more examples where Fusion GPS--I believe--aided in the creation of dossiers through illegally-obtained material, potentially, with the Awans, to create dossiers against people
    • Much like the Michael Flynn case, to try to smear someone with information
  • Day 45.4. Collect, Dossier, Reprisals - Need to Come Clean, No Sound and Fury, Documents - YouTube
    • It's Day 45 this is version 4
    • And obviously I put out my amended complaint that they're going to be adding the partners of Peter Strzok and also Lisa Page
    • I also had to add Agent Pettijohn and Agent Whittaker of JTTF to my complaint
    • The strategy has been three levels, the collection level, which is the Awans, the Steele, Russians that he brought into the country
    • The second level is once you collect it all you then do a dossier:
    • You do analysis and figure out the best dirt you have on somebody--the best leverage you have
    • And then the third level is reprisal: you don't collect the information to not do anything with it
    • And that's the FBI level that's Andy McCabe through people like Strzok and Page as well as many many other people
    • There's also parallel FBI investigations at every level as well that have been kind of in the shadows, afraid to come forward, and have been kind of put kind of squelched by Andrew McCabe in JTTF
    • So it's a very small group of about sixty guys in internal to FBI, that just need to retire
    • Just find it find a nice farm and retire
    • Make a lot of money
    • And that will the sun-shining of documents documents documents is the answer
    • To have a dog and pony show up in Congress is all well and good
    • A couple of press releases saying that you're going to open an investigation is all well and good
    • But these are really just like curtains--putting new curtains on it on a collapsing building
    • What we really need is publication of documents
    • Publish the OIG hack
    • Publish the OPM hack data
    • Publish the IG report in Congress about the 5100 illegal logins
    • Publish the CDW report
    • Published these key documents from key investigations to show that you have good faith
    • Dog-and-pony shows are all well and good and everyone has--to fall on their sword a little bit publicly
    • But that's not really very substantive at all
    • And I'm not gonna just permit Bob Mueller to kind of act like judge and jury when he is a co-conspirator
    • He been a beneficiary as much of the graft as as Comey, McCabe and Rosenstein
    • It's not gonna happen
    • We can't have half well we'll split the Ocean's eleven team up here
    • You've you five guys go over there you be the jury and we five guys will go over here we'll be the judge
    • And then we'll pick one of us amongst us to beat up on
    • It doesn't work like that
    • Everyone should just retire now and move on
    • I'm gonna keep moving on the Uranium One case
    • I've obviously got a lot of new information they're publishing today
    • Keep moving on the reprisal level with Andrew McCabe got new stuff coming in Chappaqua
    • Got new stuff coming from the Mueller Team
    • And how the Mueller team was infiltrated with the Strozek infiltrators
    • So all these things are going to be discoverable
    • So sooner or later if the American people are not savvy enough to demand documents, they're going to get hoodwinked again, like we did in the Hillary investigation server and investigation and the Huma server
    • Lots of smoke all sound and fury signifying nothing
    • We need to move to documents publication of documents documents documents
  • Day 46.1 Need To Eye Dropper a Fusion GPS Dossier? Call Strzok and Page - YouTube
    • I wanna this is Day 46
    • I'm gonna do the comments for the first two videos and I think you'll see how all this is kind of connected now
    • Last night it was great because all the videos I did yesterday were those were the fodder for Carlson Tucker Carlson--The whole hour and that Hannity the whole hour
    • Even Laura Ingraham and Bret Baier have picked up on this as 20 watergates as Kallstrom has said
    • But the first thing is that the mainstream media has to recognize that Strzok and Page are the key to the whole thing
    • They're that the henchman and henchwoman of Andrew McCabe
    • So that was out there last night
    • Now they still have this text message oh they just said nasty text messages about Trump
    • That's where we are today
    • Now I'm going to move everybody a little bit forward again
    • This is Fusion GPS--They're taking the dossier process.
    • You collect it with you Awans
    • You move it to the dossiers with Fusion GPS
    • And then you then you do reprisals with the FBI
    • And this Strzok and Page are that how you do reprisals
    • You forward it as a series of unrelated messages, but you you send a couple of pieces of the dossier over here one day
    • And then a couple more pieces over there
    • And what you're doing is you're you're doing the deep dives
    • You're doing the messages from Flynn to Kislyak
    • You're doing the Jared Kushner messages
    • You're sending them over like you're just picking these up one at a time
    • Like you don't already have this sitting over in a MicroPACT case management system over at Fusion GPS
    • Now I'm not sure if they use MicroPACT at Fusion GPS or what the case management system is
    • But it's going to be a case management system, a lot like Theresa Grafenstine's case management system
    • I'm not saying Theresa Graphenstine's case management system is being used by Fusion GPS, but somebody if you had access to a case management system like Theresa Grafenstine has at Fusion GPS, you could query that system, and then send little bits and pieces of the dossier
    • Like text messages
    • And you could make it look like actual investigative work
    • And if you're a fake enough like Peter Strzok that works out really well because everybody actually thinks you're an FBI agent
    • So the other piece to this is when you find smoke, when you find a conversation between Flynn and Kislyak, you then need a FISA warrant
    • You need a FISA warrant
    • Well you're never gonna go to a three-judge panel actually with the FISA warrant, but let's just say this is Lisa Page here you're gonna go to Lisa Page and say, "hey, Lisa do that FISA write-up and then we're gonna say it's lost paperwork or it never got over to a judge
    • Now if somebody does a warrant like now and does it drill down, then you just run down the street two three three three Constitution in the middle of the night
    • So your favorite judge and he signs off on it and they back-date it
    • And then you're good to go
    • You're gonna find this combination
    • It's not an affair--the reason why there is Zelig
    • I noticed they even use my Zelig there
    • They're the reason why they're Zelig and they're everywhere is because it's a tight system
    • You don't want 18 people involved in this
    • This is what I keep saying it's so few people are involved in this with McCabe
    • These are the two and I'm not this isn't Lisa Page I don't think
    • But this this is how tight it is
    • They're gonna go from place to place to place to place where you need to speed out this Fusion GPS stuff, to make it look like there's an investigation
    • And this has happened over and over again, for the last I would say 20 years
    • Now Lisa Page didn't get involved until 2006
    • There was a lawyer here in town named Megan something that was used before that
    • And I don't think really Lisa Page gets into the full swing until about 2008 2009
    • But--the roles change, but basically you have somebody sweeping up after you and covering you in case somebody finds out you're doing illegal surveillance okay
    • So it's just that simple
    • So that's how that'll come out tonight I think on Carlson and then Hannity picks it up
    • And then Bret Baier says--there's a story going on around here, but I think it's gonna lead to the helicopter and Otay and those helicopter rides they take
    • So I'm only go a little bit of the way you
    • {{ video cuts to long sequence of black}}
  • Day 46.2 Lisa Page, Have You Ever Been To Strongsville, OH? To the EAC? - YouTube
    • It's Day 46 this is part two and
    • Now I'm gonna go into the Strongsville Ohio connection from part two yesterday
    • People are asking me well why is this going so much faster why is this going so much faster
    • It seems like every day
    • Well Task Force is in the DC area and Task Force is helping me now
    • So you met Task Force earlier with the badge...mm-hmm I just wanted to let--that Task Force is helping me at inside professional who's dealt a lot in the law enforcement community
    • And this is about this is about feds coming into a local law enforcement, and basically taking over with their operation
    • And I'm gonna call this a State Department operation
    • And this is going to be an operation I talked about yesterday
    • And it's in Ohio
    • And you can see here that Lisa Page has these offenses of--affair interfering with official business and--doing wacky things with a car--get in front of the police officers and all this
    • You're gonna see all this wackiness
    • Why is Lisa Page doing all this wackiness out instructions
    • I'll play a little bit of it, "hey, this weird European Center there that got raided by the FBI
    • So for ten years we have a colorable operation range color-of-law operation ten years adoption object see if you read down a little bit farther worker it's got all of these kids from all these different countries from this mostly Ukraine
    • Now that would particularly significant
    • Again, a little bit farther into the State Department State Department state or a significant if it wasn't for the fact the State Department says the Sheriff through an adoption options the AC European adoption caucus all work from Bulgaria our handle all these countries and Ukraine Ukraine Ukrainian I realize the last one Ukraine Ukraine's the warrants the funnel for the Russian kids what they're doing is they're giving Russian kids and Russian families Ukrainian visas
    • So this was the Paul Manafort connection oh Manafort Paul Manafort Paul Manafort--okay
    • So they just
    • So the Mueller just took away Paul Manafort its bail conditions or they're against it
    • Somehow they think {{inaudible}} communicated with Paul Manafort maybe I don't know.
    • Wrong!
    • Andy's had a year to figure it out
    • Wrong! Bob Mueller
    • NO. What's happening is
    • Well let me just explain Strongsville
    • First of all Trump raided Strongsville
    • He met with Putin or his people met with Putin--they found out about this kind of breaking this is the Russian baby thing this isn't baby snatching
    • well maybe it is baby snatching
    • But they they raided it and the thing started in December, and then they raided it finally I think in February
    • And what is so beautiful about how this operation is run is you have these really great incredible parents through these religious organizations, trying to adopt these Russian kids
    • And they it takes forever and the the the kids--are older
    • And it just seems like oh my gosh these kids are never gonna get adopted
    • They're seven eight years old and it's these kind of folks here that are just the salt of the earth of Ohio
    • These are my parents...50 yrs ago
    • And these are just incredible people
    • They make what how'd the State Department runs this deal is you have a few people that are media fronting this operation
    • Which they are the most sincere people in the world
    • And then you have the Saipov babies coming in like there's no tomorrow
    • Everytime a Saipov trucker is going for another thing of uranium--taking another thing in uranium out, he's bringing a kid back
    • And you only need about 23 visas to reuse over and over again
    • They finally bust the operation in June this year okay
    • So they're shutting it down but
    • Again, the greed they just want to keep this thing going it's just it's it's amazing actually
    • And the fact that Jeff Sessions hasn't figured it out is quite quite amazing
    • And I wonder if there's any uranium dealings in Mobile, Alabama down there at the Naval Center
    • We'll get to that later
    • But anyway here's the Strongsville adoption agency
    • What they're doing is are bringing them up through Texas
    • And these Texas truckers I hate to go but down to the Texas shooting
    • Again, but Texas truckers there's going to be a network of about 2,000 of these truckers that are using the commercial drivers licenses--the commercial operators licenses for a very few set of trucking companies
    • And a whole bunch of different companies are gonna use those
    • If they get busted they get busted right for not having driver's licenses...
    • But they're bringing them up from the Mexican border and on these truckers, then if anybody ever gets arrested they throw Uzbeki truckers under literally under the truck, under the bus, and get them arrested
    • So you only need about twenty seven visas 23 visas what did Trump say that Saipov had about 23 visas?
    • And then you keep losing your visa
    • We keep printing new visas in in in Kingston, right?
    • And just keep losing visas printing visas losing visas printing visas
    • After well we got about--500 visas
    • These are the visas that are gonna be in the indictments in the sealed indictments
    • Now I'm daring Mueller I'm daring you right now to unseal those indictments
    • Because I know most of them are gonna be because of these duplicate visas the people using the duplicate visas
    • All you have to do is do is go to the TSA
    • And what's funny is Kirsten Kirsten and Nielsen the new DHS--she's from TSA--she knows how to do this match very quickly, and see that these visas have been used by different people
    • This is why the conspiracies collapse so quickly
    • So anyway the the history of abuses goes back a long way with this Center--this European adoption consultants--this EAC
    • I've had people way back when I mean I want to say a hundred day 150 go shoot video at this place after I was there the first time
    • And it's it's pretty much shut down now after the raid
    • But this goes back a long way, where there's all kinds of neglect while these babies are being stored in the Texas area
    • I'm not gonna say it's where the Texas shooting was but that's why it gets close to
    • And then they bring them up here when they have a match in Ohio
    • And I think there's gonna be Cincinnati
    • It's also gonna be Cleveland are the two places
    • And then I also think Minnesota
    • I think it's gonna be in near like Rochester Minnesota
    • They like the out-of-the-way places they don't like to go into Cleveland they're going to places that have a strong presence of law enforcement
    • They like to out-of-the-way places where they kind of control the Sheriff...
